The Traveling Grate Machine is to distribute the iron bearing ball on the slow moving grate plate, dry, preheat, oxidize and solidify the green ball with the waste heat of the annular cooler and the hot air flow discharged from the rotary kiln, and then directly send it to the rotary kiln for roasting. The powder on the grate is collected by the ash hopper and reused. Grate is a kind of thermal equipment working at high temperature, and its main parts are made of heat-resistant alloy steel.
According to the temperature, material ratio and overall process of the equipment, it can be divided into metallized pellet grate, oxidized pellet grate and low-temperature reduction grate. According to the production division, it can be divided into equipment products with different specifications of 200K MT/A to 5000K MT/A.
In 1996, our factory began to rely on domestic experts to develop the grate. In 1997, we successfully designed and manufactured the first oxidation pellet grate with an annual output of 200000 tons. After years of continuous improvement, design and development, we have been able to design a large, medium and small grate with an annual output of 100K-2000K MTs, and can produce a grate with an annual output of 100K- 1200K MTs under the existing equipment conditions. In the past 10 years of design, production, installation, production guidance and other practices, our factory has mastered heat-resistant material technology, shovel plate technology, kiln tail sealing technology, transmission device technology, grate bed expansion technology, whole machine structure technology, installation technology, production operation and fault treatment technology.
