Process:
Using Bimetallic Metallurgical Grade Composite Technology
Material of outer base pipes: C110 or N80 seamless pipes
Material of inner pipes: 825 or 316L precious metal welded pipe or seamless pipe
The problem of low interlaminar bonding force in common bimetallic composite pipe has been solved thoroughly.
Outer tube wall thickness is used as the bearing layer of the pipeline, to ensure the safety of pressure.
The wall thickness of the inner pipe acts as the functional layer of the pipe to make the base pipe more corrosion resistant.

1.Adhesion strength between layers is more than 210 Mpa, adhesion rate is 100%
It completely solves the problem of weak adhesion strength of the layers that exists in the bimetal clad tube due to adopting triple-layer clad innovation process. The properties of adhesion strength obviously go beyond the current parameters of clad tube.The adhesion strength between layers of ordinary clad mechanically lined tube is 0.2Mpa, it increases to more than 210MPa, by 1050 times, and adhesion rate is 100%.
2.Withstand the same as or better pressure than that of seamless steel tube with the same sizes
The clad oil well pipe can realize the ability of excellent pressure taking as 1+1≥2. After comparing ,the pressure-bearing ability of clad oil well pipe is the same as or better than that of the same size seamless steel tube.
3.Excellent machining property
Clad oil well pipe has the excellent mechanical property, it can undertake all kinds of machining and adopt a variety of connections, such as welding connection, threaded connection etc..
