Outer base pipe material: 20G seamless pipe.
Material of inner pipe: 304/316L seamless or welded pipe.
The problem of low interlaminar bonding force in common bimetallic composite pipe has been solved thoroughly.
Outer tube wall thickness is used as the bearing layer of the pipeline, to ensure the safety of pressure.
The wall thickness of the inner pipe acts as the functional layer of the pipe to make the base pipe more corrosion resistant.

1、Adhesion strength between layers is more than 210MPa, adhesion  rate is 100%
The combined force and heat transfer performance of the composite pipe are significantly higher than those of the existing composite pipe.
The interlaminar bonding force increased from 0.2 MPa to more than 210 MPa, 1050 times higher, and the bonding rate reached 100%.
2.200% of the thermal conductivity of pure stainless steel tubes
It is concluded that the thermal conductivity of stainless steel composite heat exchanger tubes is 150-200% of that of pure stainless steel tubes at different operating temperatures.
3.Its bearing pressure is no less than that of seamless steel tubes of the same specification.
