01 / PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The alumina fiber mat is made from polycrystalline alumina fibers . It is a high-quality, lightweight, high-temperature-resistant, non-expanding insulation material. It offers excellent aging durability, erosion resistance, and anti-corrosion performance, withstanding temperatures up to 1300°C. The product is widely used as a support mat for automotive three-way catalytic converters, and is compatible with various packaging technologies, offering customizable design solutions for customers.

Our products have passed the IATF16949 Quality Management System Certification, EU REACH Regulation Compliance, and are accompanied by SDS (Safety Data Sheet) certification.

PRODUCT SERIES

According to different manufacturing processes, our products are divided into two series: DH100 Series and AF100 Series.

DH100 Series PCW Support Mat: Made from alumina fiber using a wet-laid paper-making process, this series offers good refractoriness, tensile strength, and surface flatness. It performs excellently in thermal insulation under high-temperature conditions.

AF100 Series PCW Support Mat: Made from alumina fiber using a dual-sided needle-punching process, this series significantly enhances fiber interlacing. It delivers excellent delamination resistance, tensile strength, and chemical erosion resistance. It can operate continuously at 1300°C, withstand short-term exposure above 1650°C, and resists thermal shrinkage without slagging or shedding. It is an upgraded version of the DH100 Series.

AFIBRE support mats are widely used in vehicle exhaust emission systems to provide protection and sealing for honeycomb ceramic substrates.
