Description

Outer base pipe material: 20G seamless pipe.

Material of inner pipe: T2 copper tube.
 

The problem of low interlaminar bonding force in common bimetallic composite pipe has been solved thoroughly.

Outer tube wall thickness is used as the bearing layer of the pipeline, to ensure the safety of pressure.

The wall thickness of the inner pipe acts as the functional layer of the pipe to make the base pipe more corrosion resistant.

1.The bonding strength is more than 140 MPa, really Compound as one

Copper composite heat exchanger pipe, pressure-resistant metal pipe for outer layer and T2 copper seamless steel pipe for inner layer. Through special processing technology, the combination of the two can not only prevent corrosion, but also withstand high temperature.

The bonding strength is 6 times as high as that of the traditional copper composite pipe, up to 140 MPa, which completely solves the centurial problem of poor interlaminar bonding strength of the traditional copper composite pipe.

Copper composite heat exchanger tube has excellent overall mechanical properties, high strength and good toughness.
 

3.Excellent fatigue resistance

Because both the inner and outer layers of the product are metal, they have high temperature resistance, and their thermal expansion and contraction coefficients are close to each other. Therefore, when the temperature changes greatly, they can also ensure that the interlayer of the pipeline will not be destroyed.

The pipeline has been proved intact by cyclic tests from room temperature to 500 C.
 

4.Excellent corrosion resistance
