Non- API OCTG Series (HS Series)

According to different market demands, HYST has developed a variety of non API standard oil casings and formed its own HS product series with various steel grade and thread types, which enrichs the specifications and varieties of China oil casings, and provides a variety of options for different applications.                 

1. Collapse- Resistant Casing

In view of the special well conditions such as shale gas, salt gypsum layer, mudstone layer and sand production of oil layer, there will be a great or uneven external squeeze load. Through optimizing the chemical composition, heat treatment process and mechanical properties of the material, HYST has independently developed a series of high collapse-resistant casings with higher performance than those of the same specification and steel grade casings of API Spec 5CT, which have been widely used in various oil fields worldwide.

2. Deep Well Casing

For complex and changeable downhole construction environment such as deep well and ultra deep well, HS series casing of Henggang has been developed by special technology, which makes the material have high strength and excellent impact toughness. It is widely used in Tarim oil field, Iran Oil and gas field, etc.

3. Anti-Corrossion Casing/Tubing           

For the oil and gas reservoir with high sulfur content and easy to lead to casing corrosion and cracking, HYST has independently developed HS series oil well pipes of HS80S/SS～HS110S/SS grade, which are resistant to H₂S stress corrosion, with excellent mechanical properties and H₂S stress corrosion cracking resistance.         
  
HYST can provide HS80S/SS～HS110S/SS series corrosion-resistant and collapse resistant casing products with collapse resistance higher than API standard. At present, this series of products have been widely used in the development of high H₂S bearing blocks in Sichuan, Tarim and offshore oil and gas fields at home and abroad, and have passed the product evaluation tests of several internationally renowned oil companies. 
          
For the development of CO2 oil and gas wells containing acid gas, HYST provides 1Cr and 3Cr series economical low alloy anti-corrosion oil casings, which have excellent thermodynamic stability and anti-CO2 corrosion performance. At present, this series of products have been widely used in domestic oil and gas fields such as PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC, and exported to the Middle East and Africa. Through the adjustment of alloy elements, HS110-S13Cr series martensitic stainless steel oil casings which can be used in higher temperature and have good toughness have been developed successively.

4. Thermal Recovery Well Casing
According to the characteristics of steam injection heavy oil thermal recovery technology, HYST has independently designed and developed HS series special casing for heavy oil thermal recovery well, which effectively improves the yield strength of casing under steam injection temperature and ensures the sealing performance of the string under high temperature. At the same time, HYST independently designed and developed HS95H-3Cr and HS110H-3Cr series thermal recovery well casings. This series of casings have more excellent high temperature strength stability and CO₂  corrosion resistance, and have been applied to PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield.

5. Casing for Low Temperature

Casing and Tubing for Low Temperature

According to the oil and gas exploitation environment in polar area, HYST has independently developed HS80L～HS110L series low temperature oil casing. With excellent mechanical properties and low-temperature impact toughness, the products have been successively applied to the oil and gas development in the cold and deep sea areas of Russia, Canada and other countries
