Pelletizing disc is a kind of equipment for ball making during pellet production process. When the disk rotating around the central axis (or centerline), the ball rolled material falling along the bottom of the plate, and fine material scattered cue ball in the wet surface, so that the cue ball constantly grow to the size requirements. Working characters: It can make material formed with regular exercise, and the fine larger and smaller pellets were along their different orbit, therefore, the fine products can be graded and discharge according to the size qualified green balls.

 

It can be divided into the rotary bearing type pelletizing disc and gear type pelletizing disc according to device structure. The common type of disc pelletizing disc is φ6000 pelletizing disc, and the small type equipment is φ3500, φ4500and φ5500 pelletizing disc and the big type equipment isφ7000, and φ7500. Different capacity production lines increase or decrease can be adjusted by the number of discs.
