Product Features

  • Advanced Technology: CRCC switches adopt multiple advanced technologies, such as inductive heating, integral molds, and automatic material conveying technology, achieving the only domestic process of one-time heating and continuous three-time forming. The full-fiber forging process is also used to break through the limitation of the original pressing process on the forging section length, producing switch points with a heel forging section length extended to 1,200 mm.
  • High Safety: For example, the 60E1 rail No. 16 single turnout innovatively adopts a new type of elastic fastener system and anti-theft fasteners. At the same time, the 9-meter ultra-long welded high-manganese steel integral cast frog can effectively improve the strength and wear resistance of the frog, ensuring the safe operation of trains.
  • Strong Durability: Through optimized design and selection of high-quality materials, CRCC switches can withstand long-term碾压 (rolling) and impact of trains, reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement, extending the service life of switches, and lowering the total life-cycle maintenance cost.
  • Wide Application Range: The product series are comprehensive, covering high-speed, ordinary-speed, and speed-up turnout product series, as well as high-manganese steel and alloy steel frog product series, which can be widely used in various railway lines, stations, urban rail transit lines, etc.

Application Cases

  • Shanghai-Hangzhou High-Speed Railway: 54 sets of ballastless high-speed switches of CRCC were applied throughout the line.
  • Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway: CRCC provided 19 sets of high-speed switches and 414 sets of ordinary-speed switches.
  • Chengdu-Pujiang Railway: Since 2015, CRCC has cumulatively supplied 45 sets of high-speed switches for the entire line.
  • Beijing-Xiongan High-Speed Railway: CRCC provided 68 sets of high-speed switches for the entire line, among which the switches at Daxing Airport Station contributed to the air-rail intermodal transportation construction of Daxing Airport.
  • Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-Speed Railway: All 120 sets of high-speed switches in the Guangdong section were supplied by CRCC.
  • Jinan-Zhengzhou High-Speed Railway: All 73 sets of high-speed switches in the Puyang-Zhengzhou section were provided by CRCC.
  • New Chengdu-Kunming Railway: CRCC supplied 340 sets of various switches for it.

Overseas Markets

  • Nigeria: In 2025, CRCC undertook the task of supplying 162 sets of switches for the entire Kamah Railway in Nigeria. On May 6, 20 sets of European-standard switches have arrived at Lianyungang, Jiangsu, and will soon be shipped to Nigeria. The shipped 60E1 rail No. 16 single turnout is a new product developed and customized strictly in accordance with European standards and customer requirements.
